Who We Are

Take the first step toward recovery.

We are a program located within the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Adult Corrections Facility that is designed to address substance use disorders, particularly opioid and methamphetamine addiction among incarcerated individuals. The mission is to reduce the negative impacts of illicit substances on individuals and families of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe by coordinating rehabilitation services for inmates, community reintegration, peer recovery support, care coordination, education services, and community outreach.

The Substance Use Recovery Initiative

Located within the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Adult Corrections Facility, is dedicated to addressing substance use disorders and supporting individuals, families, and the community in healing. Together, we work to reduce the impacts of opioid and methamphetamine addiction and build stronger, healthier futures.

Care Packages

If you know anyone who may benefit from a care package from our program who may be experiencing homelessness at this time, please reach out to me via email or 605-830-5290. We will be distributing these backpacks throughout the communities this week and throughout the summer.
